TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY DAMAGES OR REMEDIES NOT SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. TAYLOR MADE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE, IN THE EVENT, FOR ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE COST OF THE PRODUCT. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL NOT BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES HEREIN. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
All potential defective products must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) # before they are returned to Taylor Made Products. Products returned without an RGA# will be refused, and the product will be returned to the sender. To receive an RGA#or Call Taylor Made Products toll-free at 1-800-628-5188. All products returned to Taylor Made Products MUST be accompanied by a proof of purchase without exception. Freight on defective products is the responsibility of the consumer (UPS is the preferred method of returning a product to Taylor Made Products). Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to the consumer freight prepaid.
This written warranty is the only warranty expressed or implied, made by Taylor Made Products. No person is authorized to change, add to, or create any warranty or obligation other than set forth herein. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. All warranted replacements must meet this simple criteria: The fender or buoy has split or burst from normal use and damage is not the result of a knife cut or puncture from a sharp object.

Taylor made Products warrants its vinyl fenders and buoys to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for which the product is intended. This warranty is limited to product failure as a result of air loss from SPLITTING or BURSTING. Excluded from this warranty are fenders or buoys that have become useless from cuts or punctures, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or products that have been exposed to solvents that degrade vinyl. Over inflation of any fender or buoy voids any warranty claim. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective fender or buoy at our discretion. Taylor Made Products reserves the right to request return of the product for inspection. No return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Taylor Made Products shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damage or penalties and does not assume liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The float of the buoy is warranted for three years from the date of sale: that is will maintain its floatation when used for its intended purpose under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions. It is NOT warranted against acts of vandalism It is NOT warranted against attack by animals, birds, fish, or people. The hardware of the buoy is warranted for one year from date of sale: that it will maintain its structural integrity when used for its intended purpose, under normal exposure to weather and water conditions. IT IS NOT IMPLIED THAT THIS PRODUCT WILL WITHSTAND UNUSUAL CONDITIONS SUCH AS SEVER STORMS, SEVER TIDES, OR HURRICANES. THE USER SHOULD CHECK THE MOORING EVERY THREE MONTHS TO BE SURE THAT IT IS SECURE AND HAS NOT DETERIORATED TO A LEVEL WHERE IT MAY FAIL UNDER STRESS.

A copy of the original sales receipt, documenting date of purchase, must accompany all warranty claims. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the defective buoy at Taylor Made Products discretion.
