AC-TO-DC ADAPTER BY ENGEL Sometimes you need your small Engel to run at home or in a hotel--not just in your car. For our small DC-only model freezers we have a solution--the AC-to-DC adapter. Plug one end of the adapter cord into normal house current (110 to 240 VAC). The other end is a female lighter/accessory socket (12VDC)--similar to what is in your car. Simply plug in your Engel DC cord into this socket.
This adapter is only applicable for Engel models MD14F and MHD13F-DM. All of Engel's larger portable models have this multi-voltage feature built-it.

DC POWER CORD / PLUG BY ENGEL The Engel DC Power Cord / Plug is a replacement for the DC cord supplied with all Engel top-opening fridge-freezers up to 43 quarts in size, as well as Engel fridge-freezer models up to 84 quarts. Includes an Engel Thermal Fuse (10 amps).

DC POSI FIT CORD PLUG BY ENGEL The Engel DC Posi Fit Cord Plug fits all Engel DC cord plugs. The back end of the DC cord plug screws into the Posi-Fit receptacle for a semi-permanent wiring solution.

DC REPLACEMENT PLUG BY ENGEL The DC Plug Assembly Replacement Plug (No Cord) fits the Engel DC cord, and includes a Thermal Fuse.

THERMAL FUSE BY ENGEL The Engel 10 Amp Thermal Fuse is designed to blow at temperatures above 160°F (71°C). It will also blow if there is a current short circuit just as a regular fuse or if the current polarity is reversed. It is found in the tip of the DC Cord Plug.
The fuse can only be tested using a continuity meter. Visual inspection will not indicate a blown fuse.

HINGE LOCK BY ENGEL The Engel Hinge Lock is a unique hinge locking mechanism that prevents the fridge-freezer's lid from accidentaly sliding off to the side. Simply depress the lever to release the lid. Fits Model numbers MT35 and MT45. Hinge locks are made of durable plastic.

LOCKING HASP BY ENGEL The Engel Locking Hasp is a great way to secure the contents of your freezer. Designed for model MD14F, MHD13F-DM, and the MT series freezers, these stainless steel hasps will not interfere with the performance of your Engel. The Locking Hasp will accomodate a standard padlock, which is NOT included.

NOTE: The locking hasp is ONLY offered as an option to be installed by Engel. Improper installation can damage your unit, and may invalidate your warranty.

Place the receiver on your dashboard or in your galley and easily keep track and monitor your fridge, freezer, or cooler's performance.
Each unit is coded and once paired will not interfere with other units operating in the same area, so you can set up multiple units if you wish.
